Ministry Boards

The Fellowship Ministry Board takes care of moments of hospitality and togetherness such as Sunday morning coffee, potluck dinners, Lenten meals, Thanksgiving pie social, Fall Festival and Ice Cream Social. Small group ministries, such as Women's Night Out, Golfers for God, Best Times of Life, and more, are also part of the fellowship ministries at Reformation.

The Learning Ministry Board is responsible for all learning programs for the church for people of all ages. That includes our weekly programs on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, as well as special events throughout the year, like Vacation Bible School, First Communion instruction, an Advent Adventure, and much more! They also oversee our church library and recruit and equip educational leaders and reviews and provides teaching materials.

The Finance Ministry Board provides guidance in caring for all that God has given us. This includes financial giving but also giving of time and talents.

The Property Board oversees the care and maintenance of our building and grounds.

The Stewardship Ministry Board provides guidance in caring for all that God has given us. This includes financial giving and making use of each person's spiritual gifts, as well as maintaining our building and grounds. Reformation is committed to recycling and other environmental concerns.

The Outreach Board is responsible for outreach to the neighborhood and community, contact with new, active and in-active members, Sunday greeters, attendance records, advertising, signage, and congregational awareness of the Great Commission.

The Service Ministry Board provides opportunities for all to be involved in areas of ministry that deal with issues of justice and equality, hunger and human suffering. Through service, prayer, and financial support, this Board works with many ministry organizations such as: Reformation is a Stephen Ministry congregation and is in partnership with Coleman Middle School.

The Worship Ministry Board is responsible for everything relating to our three regular weekly worship services and all special services: the training and scheduling of lay assistants, coordination of musicians, Altar Guild activities, multimedia enhancements, worship schedules, and flowers.
