The Fellowship Ministry Board takes care of moments of hospitality and togetherness including Sunday morning coffee, potluck dinners, Lenten meals, the Progressive Dinner, Thanksgiving Pie Social, Fall Festival and Ice Cream Social. Small group ministries, such as Women's Night Out, Golfers for God, Best Times of Life, book clubs, prayer partners, sport teams and more, are also part of the fellowship ministries at Reformation.
The Learning Ministry Board is responsible for Sunday morning learning for all ages, infant and toddler ministry, Vacation Bible School, mid-week learning programs, first communion instruction, confirmation, adult education opportunities and maintaining the church library. The Board also recruits and equips educational leaders and reviews and provides teaching materials.
The Stewardship Ministry Board provides guidance in caring for all that God has given us. This includes financial giving and making use of each person's spiritual gifts, as well as maintaining our building and grounds. Reformation is committed to recycling and other environmental concerns.
The Witness Ministry Board is responsible for outreach to the unchurched, contact with new, active and in-active members, Sunday greeters, attendance records, development of outside media, and congregational awareness of the Great Commission.
The Worship Ministry Board is responsible for the training and scheduling of lay assistants, coordination of musicians, performing arts groups and music needs, Altar Guild activities, acoustic needs, multimedia enhancements, worship schedules, and flowers.
